Is CannabisMedical.net a real Business?

Yes, CannabisMedical.net is a legitimate business whose goal is to provide high-quality cannabis medical products and excellent customer service to Canadian in need of a reliable online cannabis mail order dispensary. We have an excellent reputation for being trustworthy and a reliable supplier of quality cannabis products. We believe that cannabis should be made available to all adult Canadians over 19 years of age in a safe and responsible way. Will I get in trouble with the law ordering from you?

We have never had a customer suffer a legal problem due to ordering cannabis products online from us. What do I need to do to get cannabis products mail to me?

If you are an adult in Canada you can access cannabis product through us. You must be 19+ years of age or older and able to receive mail in Canada. Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. We provide a discreet and secure postal delivery service within Canada only. No exceptions will be made to that Canada Only Mail Order Services, so please do not ask us to change this rule.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, sending an Interac E-transfer will only takes you a couple of minutes. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and your orders will ship only after the E-Transfer for your order has been received.

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer and Interac E-transfer have been authorized.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. When your package is sent in the mail, you will be provided with a Canada Post tracking number through XpressPost, sent to you via email shortly after shipping. This will give you all of the details for shipping times and dates.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment details, email address and delivery addresses.

The item/size I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dIspatch.   If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/size or we will offer a refund.

How long will my order take to be processed?

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 3 to 5 Business days after we received the eTransfer payment as a guide for us filling and shipping your order through Canada Post XpressPost..

How will I know when my mail order was shipped?

When your Cannabis Medical Products package is sent in the mail, you will be provided with a Canada Post tracking number through the XpressPost system, sent to you via email by us, shortly after shipping. This will give you all of the details about your order with the shipping times and estimate dates of arrival of your cannabis medical package.

How does the XpressPost tracking process work?

Every package sent via XpressPost has a unique ID tracking number. This tracking number will show all of the details along the journey of the mail order package until it arrive at your destination. We send our customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, as our shipping team(s) are out of the office with the XpressPost packing slips until that time. Which means your mail order products will ship mid day, but the tracking numbers are not sent until later.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees is a Flat Rate of $20 for orders up to $100. Shipping is FREE for orders over $100. Your Orders will be shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 1 to 3 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area of Canada.

How are my Cannabis Medical mail order purchases packed up before being shipped?

We do our best to ensure that our packaging is discreet and nondescript. Everything we send in the mail is always double vacuum sealed, and extremely well packed for maximum customer security and privacy. We take great care in our packing systems and follow a tight protocol each time. For larger orders we use double box shipping (box within a box) for complete security. Our packages blend in with all the other mail. We operate with Complete Discretion to ensure your privacy.

What will happen to my cannabis order if I don't submit payment?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer payment. If we do not receive your payment within 3 working days, your order will be canceled.

Do you offer a Canadian Veteran’s discount?

If you are a Canadian Veterans, we thank you for your courage, bravery, service to our country and all your sacrifice by providing you a 10% discount off your invoice. Please email your National Identification Veterans Card, Certificate of Service or similar proof. How does your CannaBuck points system work?

For every $1 dollar that you spend (excluding shipping), you will earn 1 CannaBuck or point. You will also earn 5 CannaBucks for each product review that is published. For every 20 CannaBucks you accumulate, you will receive a $1 discount that can be used towards any future orders. CannaBuck can be redeemed for anything in our Cannabis Medical online mail order store, without any restrictions

Is tax included in your prices?

Yes, 5% GST is included in product prices.
